The Win-Win Institute

“We are catalyzing a brighter future for both workers and businesses alike.”
— Dr. Angela Jackson
Human resources is often seen as an expense. Our research, of over 1,700+ companies across multiple sectors, shows that when outcomes are focused on and measured, they can be a revenue driver. The Win-Win Institute exists as an academic and research implementation partner to walk hand in hand with leaders as they test these theories of change, evaluate their impact, and make the case for scaling within their organization and context.

New Initiative

Co-Lab Pilot Projects

Our Co-Labs are built upon the Win-Win workplace pillars. Each peer-driven workshop has been developed for testing new approaches, solving real problems, and co-creating solutions in community. Co-Labs may focus on a particular topic that impacts stakeholders across multiple ecosystems or may bring together innovative leaders who share the same lens and perspective across industries.

Coming out of Co-Labs, convenings are needed for employer leaders to apply their theories and test outcomes. Win-Win Institute serves as a research and implementation partner in co-designing this process and equipping learning leaders with the language, data, and insights to drive deeper impact and scale within their organizations and beyond.
