Dr. Angela Jacksin is a recognized authority on the future of work. She is the Founder and the CEO of Future Forward, a research institute and strategy firm dedicated to unlocking organizational potential through continuous learning and innovation. A lecturer and researcher at Harvard University, Dr. Jackson helps leaders build high-performing workplaces that increase employee engagement, productivity, and sustainable growth. Dr. Jackson's debut book, The Win-Win Workplace: How Thriving Employees Drive Bottom-Line Success, quickly became a New York Times, USA Today, and Los Angeles Times Best Seller.

She's a widely published expert, with articles in Harvard Business Review and Stanford Social Innovation Review, and regularly featured in media outlets such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, BBC, Fortune, and The Economist. Previously, Dr. Jackson was Managing Partner at New Profit, where she launched the Future of Work Grand Challenge, successfully reskilling 25,000 workers impacted by COVID-19. She began her career in senior global roles at Viacom and Nokia. She also serves on the boards and advises leading organizations, including Arena Analytics, Guild Education, and Needham Bank.
